I'm thinking of getting some business cards printed to get my contact details around. Does anyone have any experience of these or are there any companies you'd recommend to use or avoid..
All advice appreciated. Cheers all tc |

| Avoid VistaPrint. You will be disappointed.... they plaster their carp all over it. Spend a few more quid and get a good design done by someone who knows graphics. |

Try Moo.com - I've used them for years. They're not the cheapest but the quality is excellent and they have an ever-expanding range of options to customise your cards.

I make my own using Coreldraw as I find it easy to use. I never use anything too elaborate, but I do have some graphic design training.

| I get mine done with Goodprint. The quality has always been very good and their website is a doddle to use to design your own. Delivery has always been good too. |

"Avoid VistaPrint. You will be disappointed.... they plaster their carp all over it." Not in my experience, I have had several boxes done by Vistaprint for various projects, always designed my own graphics, uploaded the design, no problems at all, very cheap and quick. The only issue is avoiding all the extras they want to include like beer mats, mouse mats blah blah |

...if you go for their free product. Fair exchange is no robbery. Their paid-for product is as good as anyone else's. |

Agreed. Used their free version a while back and they were actually decent. Had a small Vistaprint logo on the back of the cards - which I wouldnt call plastered all over!
Then actually paid a few extra pennies for some and they were outstanding! |

These are brilliant. Not cheap, but will last a lifetime in someone's wallet, and stand out from the crowd.
