What proof/evidence do you have that this is a bogus ad or a scam?

What 'error' are you assuming he's made as I can't see one from the listing?

The picture that's been posted is of something he mentions in the listing.It's no worse than many other ads out there that are put on with no pics (this is the second time that kit's been advertised, first was a couple of weeks ago).

The seller has decent if not perfect feedback and a reasonably long history on Ebay. All his other listings suffer from equally poor descriptions too.
