Payment Information
We endeavour to keep prices up to date but reserve the right to make changes without prior notification. We are not VAT registered.

We accept credit card and debit card payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Switch cards. We charge for normal stock items at time of purchase. UK mainland and international delivery is calculated by total weight. Signed copies of books and DVD’s are sent by registered post.

Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption available using the Worldpay secure servers. We do not hold sensitive information on our site. Should anyone gain unauthorised access to our database, the information they obtain will not allow them to recover credit card details. It is our policy not to sell or pass any of this information to any other organisation or 3rd party. All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Delivery Information
Your order will be processed the same day where possible. Orders are normally received within three working days however you may often receive the order day after it was posted.

All signed items will require a signature on delivery. Delivery will usually occur between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm on working days, Monday to Friday. Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays and bank and public holidays. Orders may be delivered on a Saturday provided your order reaches your local delivery office in time, but a Saturday delivery cannot be guaranteed. If deliveries are not possible at the address given on your order, or your order will not fit through your letter box, or if it requires a signature and no one is available then the Royal Mail will leave you a card notifying you of a failed delivery and your delivery will be taken back to your local sorting office to wait for your collection. The card posted through your letter box will inform you where your order is being held.

Your local sorting office will hold deliveries for 4-5 working days and after this period they will return any uncollected deliveries to Mikedolbear.com.

Mikedolbear.com cannot be held responsible because of a failed collection. No refund is possible in these circumstances and you will be asked to pay the additional postage price if you ask us to re-send the item(s). We will deliver to the address as entered onto your order confirmation. Mikedolbear.com cannot accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address is incorrect or incomplete.

If you select to have your order delivered to a work address, Mikedolbear.com shall be deemed to have successfully delivered your order to its intended recipient by delivering it to the reception area or post room at the business address and receiving a signed receipt of delivery from a duly authorised representative at that address.

Mikedolbear.com use third party companies for deliveries, and we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries due to postal strikes, transport strikes and incidents, flood, drought, malicious damage, riot, and civil unrest.
United Kingdom mainland includes Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, and the Isle of Man. Delivery times may vary due to the remote location of some Islands.

Contract
No contract will exist between you and mikedolbear.com for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until mikedolbear.com accepts your order by confirming that it has shipped your product. For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract is considered to have been formed within the United Kingdom and is interpreted and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England, and you and mikedolbear.com irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Your Rights to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 days. This does not apply audio/video recordings as the seal on these products has had to be broken in order to get them signed by the artist(s).

A customer has no rights for those defects, which are bought to their attention before the sale. A customer also has no rights if they damage the goods themselves or simply changed their mind about wanting the goods. In the event of a fault customers can reject the goods and receive a full refund providing they have not accepted the goods. Examples of acceptance are:
• Informing mikedolbear.com that goods have been accepted
• altering the goods in some way
• keeping the goods for over 3 working days

Returns
You must return the product to us using recorded delivery to the address at the bottom of these terms within three working days of receiving it. You must provide proof of purchase. Ideally, this should be your original receipt but it can be worldpay voucher. Your product must be in a complete and unused state without any damage. The item should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories.

Complaints
If you should have a complaint about a product or service we ask you to email Mikedolbear.com at info@mikedolbear.com. Please outline the nature of your complaint and please remember to quote your customer order number if your complaint is about your mail order. We will contact you to discuss your complaint with you.

We endeavour to respond to all complaints within 3 working days and resolve any such complaint within 5 working days. If for any reason we are unable to resolve a complaint within 5 working days we will inform you of this.

Cookies
Cookies are common pieces of information, stored on your hard drive by your web browser, which help us to monitor your preferences and enhance your shopping experience whilst you use our site. Most browsers are automatically set to accept cookies and you can refuse them if you choose, doing so however will affect the performance and functionality of the website.
